Post go-live project management practice for remaining tasks

Can you tell me what is the best practice for after go-live remaining tasks? We had big project, but not all subtasks were completed and we want to move them to Optimization phase. There are 2 projects (main and optimization) and we want to move subtasks and focus on second now. What is the best way to do it?

1. Close task in main project and create duplicate in Optimization folder for those which are not completed?

2. Move subtask to task level task to be able to move them to different folder (it will disappear from project folder)?

3. Add subtasks to second folder (and have it in both) and continue our work, but then when status will be changed from "Deferred" to "In progress" it will impact main project, which should be completed as per statistics.

4. Or is there any other best practice way?

Hi Sonia Klosowska, I'd suggest you go with option number two, moving tasks to subtask level and then to a different folder, if you don't want your project progress to be affected.
