External Request Form - progress updates

Hello

We are using external request forms. When the form is completed, the external form submitter (not a Wrike user) receives a summary of the submitted information by email, but as far as I can see that is the only and last information that they receive. 

Is it possible to notify the external submitter when the Request has a note or update added or when the status is changed?
