It is extremely disappointing that the Mac app for Wrike is just an Electron app - basically the web version packaged up as an app. This is an extremely disappointing way to build an application and is far from a "native" Mac application. It does not have the performance nor footprint of a native Mac application. Nor does it reflect the Human Interface Guidelines provided for Apple Developers.
Why does the Wrike app for Mac need to use like 700MB or more RAM on my system? It doesn't if it weren't an Electron app. It's also egregiously slow compared to a native application that isn't running inside of what is essentially a stripped down version of Chrome.
Please invest the time to build a native application for the Mac and show Mac users you care about being on their platform. That or just be a web-only solution.
