We frequently have projects that change scope mid-stream. Does anyone use Wrike to track and report on the frequency of changes in scope? Ideally, I'd like to be able to report to each department how frequently the scope of their projects are changing and what types of changes are occurring (scope, budget, timeline, etc.).
I've tried the custom fields but am struggling to collect all the data I need because it's not easy to track multiple scope changes for a single project there.
Has anyone used a change order process or some other type of tagging/organizing projects to keep track of this?
