Customize aggregation in reports: average Time Spent

Hi, 

It would be really helpful if you could customize aggregation in reports. It looks to default the to sum for all columns. 

Where it would be ideal for example to see an average for "Time spent" as total time spent is not helpful information but an average would be. 

right now we need to export these reports to do the needed calculations, not ideal.

This functionality would be very helpful! You can change the aggregation in the Table view but I feel that it needs to be part of the reporting functionality also.

Also, just noticed that calculated fields in reports does not take the sum of the end result of the formula. giving you a useless aggregated sum
