Keyboard shortcuts not working

Hi, just curious - keyboard shortcuts (or the majority of them) don't wrok any more. The ones that are the most important to me are Alt + Shift + ., Enter, D. And none of them works. Tried few others but also no luck. But for instance, the Alt + Shift + ? works.

I'm using Chrome on Win10.

Anyone else with the same problem?

Agreed, this is a little frustrating. Using the Desktop App on Windows 10. Would love an update on this.

I am having the same issue here. It has been a year and a half passed since the first guy raised and the issue but still not fixed? It is quite frustrating...

Thank you for reaching out to us, we'll be happy to assist. If you don't mind, please check if you have the latest version of the app. To do it:
 
Mac: click Wrike > About Wrike
Win: click Help in the app menu
 
For troubleshooting purposes, please clear the cache manually on your computer:
 
  1. Close the app: click File > Exit (on Windows) or Wrike > Quit (on Mac).
  2. Delete everything that is inside the folder:
    Win: C:\Users\%username%\AppData\Roaming\Wrike\
    Mac~/Library/Application Support/Wrike/
  3. Run the app. Note that you will need to re-login to it.
