Training Schedule examples in Wrike

Recently I saw a post asking for examples to help workflows, which I gladly helped out with.  Asking for a favour back from our wonderful community.  We have employed a training / development manager and wondered if anyone has set up a training plan using Wrike?  I was thinking putting all the training events in with tasks set up to ensure the events go smoothly (such as booking a room, lunch, etc).

Anyone got any other examples of how you use the system aid your training team?

We don't use the Blueprints but have a system where some of the repeating projects/meetings are setup as templates. Then by completing a request form the new project is created in the folder designated, owners assigned and dates associated. 

Not training but we do use these templates for events and board meetings with a set of tasks scheduled based off of the event date.

If you think relevant happy to show via Zoom or other how that works and how it is setup.

Got an idea of how to do that as we have meetings that run with agendas similar.  Just looking at a more specific Training pathway that Wrike is used for.

Hi there! My name is Natalia and I'm a trainer at Wrike. Thank you for your interest, I'm happy to shed some light on our product training process:)
We have a team of people developing onboarding curriculums and learning plans for newcomers. Along with that product trainers carry out one on one our group sessions with new hires that help them get to know Wrike faster. We have some of the curriculums set up in Wrike. There are templetized projects for people in different roles and tasks representing topics in them, like this:Documentation is included in parent tasks while practical exercises, quizzes and open-ended questions are in subtasks. As soon as a new employee joins we duplicate the corresponding project and assign it to the trainee, so that they go over the tasks, completing them one by one:)
