Request form - Align with start/finish date in one form

While developing our request forms to manage service requests, I was surprised to realize that it’s not possible to ‘Align with task finish date’ and ‘Align with task start date’ within the same request form.

We would like to be able to apply the following logic from the request forms:

  1. If user select branch 1: Standard deadline (Start date is provided in the form)
    Use 'Reschedule copied tasks -> Align with task with start date'

  2. If user select branch 2: Hard deadline (Finish date is provided in the form)
    Use 'Reschedule copied tasks -> Align with task with finish date' 

It's not practical to create two forms for every request form we have to accommodate this limitation.
For now, we'll need to review all the request that are submitted and adjust timelines accordingly.

I hope this can be implemented in a near future.

Agreed. It is not manageable to create separate forms for ALL work type requests in order to assign 1 shell project to a form so that sub-project, task, and sub-task start dates reschedule.
