I've been using a custom field for this. Something of a workaround, and fairly manual. Not ideal!
So once you import with the custom fields, you then manually adjust in the task? I was going to do the same thing using allocation.
When you export the Wrike template it doesn't give you all the systems fields that exist this image might help a bit.
I think the column header you want is called "Time Spent (Hours)"
I hope this helps and I understood your request properly
