My team being able to pick up the work they want automatically
I currently use Wrike and operate a small legal transcription business. Is there a way where I can post my "jobs/tasks" for all to see and then have each individual transcriber pick and choose the jobs and assign it to themselves? This would be a welcome tool for me.

We do something similar to what you are looking for here and it seems to work.
I've created a project called "Grab Bag", in which tasks are put if they are open for anyone to tackle. To make it easy to see by team members, I've created a dashboard that pulls these tasks into a widget, and then I've shared that dashboard with the team. That way, they just need to go to the dashboard to find a task, assign it to themselves, re-tag it into a different folder, untag "Grab Bag" so it no longer remains in the "Grab Bag" widget for others to work on.
