Variations on a Theme - by Template

I just recognized something I could be doing better with my project templates this afternoon.  Our project templates come in 3 flavors (at the moment).  All 3 templates contain the exact same tasks, but only vary in which tasks are included by project type.  As I was modifying template assignees and descriptions for common tasks (and copying that information over into the other 2 templates), I realized that all 3 templates could be modified at the same time with this one simple option: post common tasks to all necessary templates and only modify the master template (see task list below).  This will keep common tasks between templates consistent with only one edit!

*Bang head against wall*  LOL!

Hope this helps you guys, and let me know if there is a better option than this!

Cheers!

Love this idea. I may have to give it a try as we have some similar projects where not all tasks apply. 👍
