Limit the date entry on a submission form

Our current submission form has no way to limit a date field. We'd like the user to NOT be able to request the task to be completed before tomorrow, for example. We'd like to be able to blackout dates, like the weekend, or today. This is pretty important as it self-heals task requests, by limiting user input.
