Problem with Dropbox on Wrike windows app

Hi,

I can't attach files from Dropbox in the Windows app since yesterday. When I try, I have the following error message: "Failed to send the message to host site". I can see the Dropbox folders and navigate through them although the message keeps poping up but I can't attach any file.

I made sure I have the last version of the app. I am using the website in the meantime but I would like to keep working with the app.

Hi Jason, checking Francois ticket I can see our developers are aware of this and are checking for a fix.

For now, you should be able to attach Dropbox files to Wrike Tasks and Projects/Folders via Browser (you can use Chrome or Firefox for example). I know it's not ideal but it might be useful to know until the issue is solved 👍

Hi guys, unfortunately, this is related to an issue in Electron -- the platform on which the Wrike Desktop App is built on. Since this is a third party issue, we can only wait until it's resolved.

We're keeping a close eye on it and I'll update you here when I have new information 👍

Does this problem apply to ONEDRIVE integration when using the Desktop App???

Once I enter in my Office365 credentials - all I get is the following window appear.

 

It does work fine from the web page version of Wrike. But curious as to whether this is the same issue or whether I should create a new thread in the forum?

Same issue with iOS and Dropbox.  Any idea when this will be resolved?

Same issue with both Firefox on Mac and Firefox and Chrome on Windows.
