Back to the Basics with Workflows
Our team has only been using Wrike for 2-3 months now, but it has been central to updating processes in the entire department. In our efforts to learn how to create workflows the “Wrike” way for each team, it gave us the opportunity to meet with each team manager and have them explain the details of their processes. In doing so, we were able to create detailed workflows in Wrike and also recognize the gaps that our previous processes had. This quick walkthrough with each manager allowed them to streamline the outdated workflow for their team members outside of Wrike while giving confidence to everyone moving into Wrike. We are thrilled to move forward in fully utilizing all of the capabilities that Wrike offers, but it has been a great opportunity to get back to the basics during the setup of Wrike to ensure that we have a strong foundation throughout the entire department.
