Request Forms
Is there a way to have one, two, three, or even multiple request forms with different blueprints that can be directed to the same space? Previously, we thought this to not be possible but continue to have the need to do so.
For example, we have an implementation project space but we have the need to have two different projects in that space: Application and Infrastructure each with their own type of blueprint/custom item type, etc. Is this possible?
I could use one request form that branches off but we do not want to do that. Any thoughts?
Ashley Shearer - There isn't a limit on the number of request forms you have in a space.
Here's a list of request forms in my customer project space. Each of these has different blueprints to create tasks.
I agree. You can have any number of request forms, blueprints, and custom item types in a single space. For organizational purposes, I tend to direct them to different folders within the space, but even this is not a requirement.
Thank you for that clarification.
Do any of you have one request form that branches out to different blueprints? Is it possible to specify for these to be saved to different spaces instead of one.
Ashley Shearer Hi! Yes, we have one master form that branches into several different subforms. When a subform is selected, the task is replaced with a specific individual blueprint. Each blueprint specifies where it should be saved, but you could also use the "Add parent folder" option separately to determine where the task will be saved.
