I’m not sure if you’ve heard about this, but I wanted to let you know that support for the Outlook Add-in you mentioned was discontinued in June. Due to changes in recent versions of Outlook, we've decided that our own add-in needs to be rebuilt in order to provide a high quality experience. While we’re working on that, you can still engage with tasks directly from your email inbox with the help of Wrike’s Email Integration, which allows you to create, edit and interact with data items in Wrike.
