Request Form Email Customization
It would be awesome if we could customize the request form confirmation emails more - potentially based on the type of request or the type of requestor.
Example 1 - Someone who is internal to our company submits a request for a brochure. The email that they get back would ideally give them some further direction, like accessing a shared calendar link to see the current marketing team backlog and the status of their request in the backlog. However, we don't want someone external to the company to see that calendar and as it stands, the emails are generic and either have to include the link or not. We have forms that both/either internal employees and external customers can use. Having one generic confirmation email just doesn't allow us to customize it properly for the user who is filling out the form.
Example 2 - When a requestor submits a form, we may have suggested or required actions after the form is submitted - emails that are customizable based on the request form that was submitted would be great so that we can provide that further instruction automatically at the time the form is submitted.
