ボードビューにおける「カバー画像」の非表示について
以下の「ボードビューの使用」ページに掲載されている画像のボードビューの配置が現在使用しているものと一致せず、どの3ドットメニューボタンにも以下の文の「カバー画像」の項目が見つけられません。

添付画像 （オプション）8。 タスクに最後に添付された画像が表示されます。 カバー画像を非表示にするには、右上隅にある3ドットメニューボタン 9 をクリックして、カバー画像を選択します。
何か表示条件などあるでしょうか？

I believe that is because that site is still the old Board View. Are you in the new Board View?

ボードビューでの画像の表示・非表示の切り替えは、新しいボードビュー (Wrike Lightspeed)では、下のスクリーンショットのように、「カード」内の「カバー画像」から行いますので、お試しください。
