New feature: Resourcing/Workload chart, Categorize and roll-up hours by Job Role

When creating a resourcing plan, the output is not helpful for determining the number of people required to staff a project.

Grouping by job role is the missing piece.  Currently it is not possible to group by Job Role, instead the tasks are grouped by project.

Yes!! This - but also just roll-up to provide the total hours for the team, as that's not even there currently. I have to do this manually in my head to make sure we aren't over/under-planning effort for our team on a daily/weekly/monthly basis.
