Developing API Call to create task in Wrike

Hello, 

I want to create an api call in a webservice to create a task in wrike. I'm having trouble with the setup as I feel my URL is incorrect. 

When I test it, I get the following notification: 

Test was successful, but result was not valid JSON or XML and therefore will not be available for piped text
