Adding Groups as Assignees to Tasks
I'm sure this is not possible, but please tell me if I missed something. I have a 6 hour event coming up which I need to invite all 60+ team members to, and you know what I am asking....can add them as assignees to a task by group, or job title, anything instead of by individual? I will have to sit and stare at a list of names and add them in one by one otherwise.
you cant assigne the group but you can tag the group in the comment of the task, that will share the task with everyone and send them a notification.

Hi Stevie Kirk, have you tried to do this with automation.
You can use automation for each task created that have a specific "custom item" for example: assign to all as a checkbox.
When you check it, I use "RP_Mappata" in my screen below, you can do an action to assign item to multiple users

Thanks Pietro Poli, I guess we just need to remember to add new starters to this automation once it's set up, right?
I don't understnad why we have groups if we can't group assign, or use them as a filter in Analyze :/
