I'm sorry I missed the signup!

Lisa if you could please pass this feedback along, it'd be really great if forms had if/than functionality. So certain questions would only pop up if you answer a certain question a certain way. That would be a game changer; I hope it's something they are considering. Currently the only way to do this is going to different pages and it makes managing the form clunky and inefficient and filling out the form long and cumbersome. Thanks so much :)

Another BIG upvote here to any possibility of more robust and intuitive If->Then logic and form design.

Forms become huge and clunky very quickly with a few if->thens added and ends up with lots of pages for the end user to go through, which is slower and not a great overall experience.

Also PLEASE can we have a "preview" button to preview/test the form during building without needing to publish it!

And a vote for clock "time" to be a possible answer - some of our processes are booked via RF at not only a specific date but also specific time, would be great to have a time field that other software we are looping into via the API would recognise as such rather than a text string.

These are all fantastic feature requests! I upvoted each of the requests linked here. If you have time and agree with the feature, get in there and upvote! It takes 60 upvotes to get an update on the request! At least, that's what I read on one of the requests, so check it out!!

I don't recall if our stakeholders posted their requests here, but some of the common requests we receive are:

- Expose the link to the form in the form settings when it is shared with specific people or all account. Currently there's no way to retrieve that link and pass it to the team members in macOS app.

- Be able to collaborate / save progress on large request forms (Marketing uses large briefs and requestors cannot always complete them in one go and might have to save an continue later).

- Hide request forms behind company's SSO to simplify the process for users who do not have Wrike account yet keep the form's content confidential.

Hi Lisa, can you add me to the conversation?ย 

I have a few suggestions:

- Enable a picklist selection to route to a different form while capturing the input thus far from the previous questions.

- Navigate to other "pages" through an outline of the sections on the sidebar. It's so hard to scroll all the way down to the section you want.ย 

- Allow fields to concatenate and appear as the prefix to the project. For example, someone fills out today's date, business unit, product, and campaign type, and the prefix spits out the date, BU, product, & campaign type abbreviations as the prefix to the project & task titles.ย 

- I'd like to second Julia Berzoy's suggestion on saving progress as we also use these request forms for campaign briefs.

- Create project with dynamic subprojects based on selections tied to blue prints on the form. For example, someone is requesting a product launch campaign with a tradeshow and ad campaign supporting it. Each of these tactics have very different blueprints tied to them, and it would be difficult to create every combination of request in advance. (hmm - it looks like this got added...)

- Make it easier to tie answers to custom fields.

- I like Roxane Carrier's suggestions:ย 

  • Request form - Align with start/finish date in one form
