Allow priority as a filterable item

There's currently no way to display high / normal and low-priority tasks in a dashboard widget.

You can save a search that's been _ordered_ by priority; but you can't filter to see only the high, normal or low priority tasks.

To allow this, add "Priority" to the filterable search criterion, instead of just as an sorting/ordering tool.
