subtask dupplicate - request form

Hi, 

I know it's possible with a project template to create a project with a request form but I need a task because I have too many intakes.

  • Is there a way to create a task from a template task with subtasks with a request form ?

 

Or if there a way, when my task is create with the request form, to

  • add subtask form a template task to this task ?

Any update on this?

It's clearly needed, Jira does offer this option of creating sub-tasks from a form request.
