Hidden custom field

We have a field called Link Polygraphic File but it does not appear anywhere, even the one who shared it can not see it.

What can be happening?

Hi Raúl Andrés, can you ask the person who created the Custom Field to try the following to add it to a Folder/Project:
  1. Select a Folder or Project From the Workspace’s left-hand Navigation panel.
  2. Switch to the Table View.
  3. Click the + sign on the top right-hand side of the table.
  4. Begin typing the name of the Custom Field you would like to add.
  5. Select the Custom Field from the dropdown list when it appears.
He should see the field in all views them and everyone who's shared with the Custom field will see it them too. Check out this Help Centre article on Custom Fields for more.
