how to finish my subscription

Hi, I'd like to stop using wrike, so I want to cancel our subscription. You already sent me some e-mails with documents to sign, which of course I will not. 

Please send me istructions

I use Wrike in my own company, and referred the product to an affiliate 3 months ago.  They signed on and tried to move ahead, but the project was scrapped after engineers from both sides corresponded and discovered the design of the software was incompatible with required parameters at the granular level. 
 
The software license was never activated, but now the Wrike collections team wants a full-year of payment for an unused product and nonexistent consulting hours.  I'd appreciate speaking with someone within your company other than a collections agent, but no one will respond.
