Save the Zoom level on timeline and workload views or create a shortcut key
Almost every project we have requires me to zoom out to view the timeline or workload tasks. But then after setting the zoom level, and then navigating to another project and back, I have to re-set the zoom level again. It's additional clicking that seems unnecessary. In addition, it's confusing for new users that click on a project and constantly get a blank view or a really long single task because they needed to zoom out. It would be great if the system remembered the zoom level, and it would come back to that view anytime someone clicked back to timeline or workload views. If remembering the zoom level is not possible, adding shortcut keys to zoom all the way in/out would be helpful.
The same is true when you are in a project and set the status to any in list view and choose data as a drop down. When you navigate away, these settings are lost. There needs to be a way to lock this down. Very annoying and wastes time.
Oh my gosh, please fix this. Just make the zoom level sticky. You clearly have some sort of default set – just let every adjustment I make assign a new value to the default.
One of the most frustrating things about Wrike is this lack of attention to detail, or more correctly, a lack of prioritizing polish over constant new, half-implemented features.
