iOS URL Scheme for Wrike App -or- Hyperlink format to open Wrike App
*1) Does anyone know the URL scheme for opening the Wrike app via a URL? I also want it to navigate directly to a certain Wrike Task, Folder, etc.
For example: Evernote is: evernote:// and Apple Notes is: mobilenotes:// and Dayone: dayone://post?entry=$1111111 thus you can feed specific entries, notes, tasks, etc.
*2) Alternatively, is there a specific URL designation to do the same? I have discovered something like this:
https://www.wrike.com/open-wrike-app?appUrl=wrike.wrikeapp%3A%2F%2Fopen.htm%3Fid%3D111111111 (where 1111111111 = task ID)
- but sometimes this method prompts "Open Wrike App Now?"... Then it opens the App Store... I don't want it to ask, I just want to click and view it in the Wrike App.
This will allow me to create shortcuts on my homescreen, within other apps, within notes, etc. that automatically open the Wrike App and navigate to the specific folder, task, etc.
Hi Tim, thanks for posting here! It sounds like you may be looking for permalinks, which can be found for any Wrike item (tasks, Folders, Projects). Clicking one of these will take you to the required location. Here's where to find them:
Is this what you were looking for?
Thank you, I do know how to find the link... the problem is:
" - but sometimes this method prompts "Open Wrike App Now?"... Then it opens the App Store... I don't want it to ask, I just want to click and view it in the Wrike App. "
Thank you
