Add "Reject" option for reviewing
My design team often presents several options for a project - some options move forward and are "Approved", some need edits ("Changes Required"), but some are just "No"s.
We'd benefit from having a third option (along the lines of "No" or "Reject") for reviewing attachments.
Is this a possibility? Thanks!
Our team was previously using ProofHQ for proofing and approvals, and that system offered custom decisions. It was similar to Custom Workflows here in Wrike. We didn't find we needed a 'rejected' per se, but we did add a custom decision of 'Reviewed - No Comments'. This decision was added if a manager was asked to review - which they did, but didn't want to signal a full 'approval to move forward Now'.
Hi @Amy and @Alex, I hadn't thought about these situations, but they're definitely interesting and I can understand the usefulness for custom options.
@Amy, I know it would be better to have the option available right from the proofing window, but what about a Custom Workflow with a "Reject" status?
I'd also like to see the ability to set custom decision options within proofs. Having an additional "approved with changes" option would be helpful for our team.
I'm currently implementing Wrike for my team, and a rejected option immediately came up! This would be quite useful for us to review briefs.
Hi @Leslie, thanks for your input here 🙂 I surely understand how this can help during the approval process, I'll refer other members here to +1 the suggestion when there's a similar question on the Community.
