What is Start Date Constraint in the sample upload report

Im trying to use the report to upload a project, however im not clear what us start date constraint, and i dont know how to add multiple dependencies in the template

Hello, Alvaro! start date constraint defines the earliest date a task can begin on. When you import a Project, dependent tasks are automatically scheduled to start as early as possible without breaking the dependency, but you can use date constraint to delay the dependent tasks manually. A constraint is added in the date format configured in your subscription settings. If you are fine with the default logic, you can leave the column blank. You can read more about this in our article about Date Constraints in Wrike.
 
You can add multiple dependencies in one task, just separate them with a comma and space, here is an example for two dependencies: 3FS, 1FS
