Could I get report about each average complete time I've assigned them per week or during date?

Can you define what you mean by time? Days, hours ?
That's by Days. Maybe I could use Excel to calculate it?
Yes, you should run a report if you have the business or enterprise version. You should pull and compare the stat date vs the completed date and perhaps you can use excel to calculate average. But I would suggest using mode vs average because if you have some outliers for duration that skew your results. Compare (mean, median and mode).
