New Meetings in Wrike Features/bugs

Hi,

 

Has anyone been using the new meeting feature of wrike?

I've started playing with it a bit with the aim of potentially replacing internal weekly meetings and ultimately our companies Go to meeting accounts if everything goes well.

So far the current issues with the system I am having are:

-Setting to screen share results in a few second disconnect from call audio

-No chat/comment screen on the mobile

-No Lead presenter (IE, one person to start the meeting so the chairman can stay in control of the call rather than people starting at different times)

-ability to delegate or request screen share,  Currently the person sharing their screen has to stop sharing and then the next presenter needs to click the share button.

-Ability to zoom in on the shared screen, it is almost impossible to see small details (this applies to both mobile and desktop)

-Needs the ability to set an exact time of the schedule and share to peoples calendars (IE open in outlook)

-Need to be able to share with external parties as 'guests', if we are able to achieve this we wouldn't have any need for other conferencing systems.

 

Has anyone else had a chance to test out the beta on this? From Wrikes side is any of this in the roadmap?

Hi Andrew, this information is brilliant! We really appreciate feedback about our experimental features. I've contacted the Product team and passed this on to them now and if there are any further updates on this I'll be sure to post here.

I created a Wrike meeting agenda. I added tasks to the description and they showed as the tasks title and status but when I started the meeting the task titles changed to the permalinks – please keep the task titles upon starting the meeting.

We've been trying to use Wrike meetings, but have never been able to conduct a call. We use both the desktop and the mobile versions. Usually one person initiates the call, and another can see that someone is trying to call, but on answering the call fails.

Hi Diana, thanks for posting. I can see you're speaking to the team about this. I can see they've replied by email today with some further troubleshooting steps.

It would be great to post back here when the team has provided a solution so other members with a similar issue might know what to do if they face the same issue 👍
