It would be helpful to be able to search the product feedback without searching the entire help portal. This idea may already be posted but I wasn't prepared to go page by page, and I don't know if the "similar posts" feature would display it.
Hi Paul, thanks for sharing your thoughts about this! You're right, this idea has been voiced in a Community post, and I do agree that this would be a better way to search for existing requests. Since this functionality is defined by Zendesk (the platform we use for hosting our Community), we can't impact the development process directly, but this is something on their roadmap, so fingers crossed that it'll be available soon. :)
