Allow collaborators to only @metion users assigned to task

For sharing external clients with a wrike view, it's a major concern of our organization to allow clients to Mention all users within the system, including other external teams.

David, thank you for posting this! I understand that security is a big concern when sharing data with external clients, and I wanted to let you know that Collaborators already have limitations on the contact information they see:

  • They are able to see the only names and profile images (not any additional contact information).
  • Information is shown only for those users who share common Tasks, Folders and Projects with them. If a Collaborator does not see someone in the Workspace, they wont be able to @mention them either.
