Using Board View
All users on all account types can use Board view.
Board view allows you to view all the tasks in a project, folder, or space in a simple layout, which reflects their status. Within Board view you can:
Sort and filter tasks.
Change task status.
Change the default workflow.
Delete tasks.
Tasks appear as cards in Board view. You can:
View tasks from descendant subfolders and subprojects. Click the three-dot menu button 1 in the Board view's upper-right corner and select Tasks from subfolders 2.
Collapse or expand a column. Hover over the column title and click the collapse icon 3. Click the title of a collapsed column to expand it.

Each card is displayed under that tasks status and displays:
Task name. 1
Folders/projects the task is in. 2
Assignee(s). 3
How many subtasks it has (if any). 4
Due date. 5
The number of days it has spent in its current status (optional) 6. Click the three-dot menu button 9 in the upper-right corner and select Duration in status.
Custom fields (optional) 7. You can select which custom fields show up on a task card. Click the three-dot menu button 9 in the upper-right corner and select the fields you want to display.
Attached images (optional) 8. You'll see the image most recently attached to a task. To hide cover images, click the three-dot menu button 9 in the upper-right corner and select Cover images.
