- Request Forms - Possibility to Create Work Items from Templates 🏗
We've made it possible to use work templates in request forms, this means you could, for example, create a certain task from a template each time a request form is used, or certain answers are given. In all places in the request form builder where you could formally use a blueprint, you can now also use a Work Template. Those places are:
- Choosing the action upon submission of the request form - to create a task or project from a template
- Choosing to add a subtask created from a template if a question is answered with a particular option
To use space-level Work Templates the request form must be created in the relevant space. If you do not set the request form to belong to a specific space, only account-level Work Templates will be available.
Note: The use of a Work Template can't be tied to importance-type questions, at the moment it will still appear as an option, but we're going to remove it shortly.

This is awesome but do you think it will be possible to add a folder option when a subtask is created from a template? The way do do ours, every project has its own template and folder which means we cannot use a unified request form since it will only be applicable if there is only 1 folder for all projects.
