- Work Templates - Space-Level Templates Available to All Space Members 🤝
Before this week collaborators and external users didn't have access to space-level Work Templates in their space. Now, all space members have access to space-level Work Templates, so external users can now create items out of them as well.
- Work Templates - Template Filters Available in Reports 🧾
We've made a Template used filter which is available for use in all types of reports: Project-, task-, and time-entries-based. This means you can now build reports based on a source template, like reports on user stories, marketing campaigns, or design tasks.
- Task Effort - Flexible Effort Allocations Not Erased When Rescheduling Tasks 🕐
It used to be that when users rescheduled tasks with allocated flexible effort via drag-and-drop, allocations were erased, and users needed to re-enter them manually for the new dates. From now on, allocations will be kept as they were after rescheduling.

Are there settings where you can turn the team access on and off for the Work Templates?
I don't really understand the difference between templates and blueprints, but I do LOVE the fact that flexible task effort stays in place when rescheduling rather than having to go in and do it all over again.
Hello Brittany Stringer, since Work Templates are for now a Wrike Labs feature, you'd have to enable/disable them through Labs.
