[From Wrike] Wrike Collaborate 2021 - Product Announcements 📦

If you’d like to learn more about the exciting releases that we announced during the Product Keynote, here is a short wrap-up on what’s been released already.
Customizable User Types allow Account owners and Account admins with the correct permission enabled to set up what users can and can’t do in your Wrike account. User Types that are currently available in Wrike (account owner, account admin, regular user, external user, collaborator) couldn’t be customized before this release. Now, this is possible.
Do you want to prevent collaborators from changing statuses? Or allow external users to share tasks and folders? With User Types, now you can!

📍Work Templates (part of the upcoming Work Models solution)
This new feature allows you to create fully customizable templates based on regular projects and tasks. These templates can be tailored to the needs of your whole organization or specific departments and teams. You can pre-configure dates, assignees, locations, define workflows, select which custom field to show, and more to create domain-specific work templates like OKRs, user stories, bugs, requests, etc. Finished work templates can be used by account and space users in their future work.

I'm not seeing the date triggers for the automation engine. Is this something that is still being rolled out?
Ashley Fischer I'm not seeing the date trigger either. I'm assuming there was some kind of huge update though because I had to actually log in to the Wrike desktop app this morning and then re-open all the tabs I usually keep open.
Super excited about these new features/functionality, any insights in when we will get automations at the Space level? *hint hint* 😃
Hi everyone, at the moment the date trigger is unavailable to some users due to a bug. Our Product team is aware of this and they are working on a fix.
