Sharing Reports - All Users

It would be great if we could share reports with 'All Users' similar to how we share spaces and custom fields. It's very manual to create and maintain a user group of 'all users' just be able to quickly and easily share. Each time a new user is added, we have to be sure to share certain reports with them OR make sure they are part of the 'All Users' group.
