Automatically create a new Project from a Blueprint based on the Calendar, e.g., Quarterly

We have a need to create a new Project every quarter with the same Tasks.  Is there a way to automatically have Wrike trigger the creation of a new Project from a Blueprint based on the calendar?  (Trigger question would be the date, and Action would be to create a Project from a Blueprint.)
