Future Utilization Report Based on Capacity and Effort Assignments

I would like to have a team utilization report that allows me to pick a future date range (up to a year) and report on my team's Capacity vs. Effort Assignments using their total hours available based on schedules and the sum of the effort in their task assignments. We are a consulting operation that onboards clients during 1 quarter of the year and executes on contracts during 3 quarters of the year. For this, we need to be able to see ahead during our sales cycle to make sure we don't oversell our capacity and having a report that summarizes this is a must-have,

Currently the utilization report has limited time frame (days, weeks, month) and its reports only on previous work done as measured through time logs. This does not fulfill our need as it does not allow us to look ahead at work that has not yet been logged, so our planning activities are limited within Wrike.
