Timelog reporting for de-activated users

Hi Andrew Goddard, thanks for reaching out! This is by design that deactivated users are hidden in all pickers for interactions in the workspace and don't come up in the assignee/user list in the Reports. However, their time entries should be visible in the Timelog Report grouped by User:
