New Experience Update Call-out

In the New Experience, it would be great if there was a way to call out any changes within specific pinned or recent projects, similar to how new emails are noted with the red circle as shown below.

That way, at first glance we can have a better indication of where the updates have occurred and what needs to be reviewed. This would definitely help our efficiency as we navigate a large number of updates each day.
