Workload view - View effort in days not hours

Hello,

In workload view (especially in the new motnhly view), it would be very nice to see the workload in days and not hours. For example, I would like to see that the task will take me 5d instead of 40h.

We need ability to show effort in weeks not hours under the effort allocation screen.
