Request for Sub Spaces

Hello!

I would like to organize my spaces - but that would require Sub Spaces! Can you make that happen for me? I'd be willing to beta test :)

Hi team,

We have a use case. We work with the marketing team that has multiple channels (emails, landing pages, social media, advertising, etc.). Each one of these channels use different workflows. It would be great to set up a set of automations and custom item types that is only specific to that space of that specific channel. But there are also automations and custom item types that would apply to all marketing channels. So it would be great if you can have a "parent space" and a set of "sub spaces" so you can manage the different tool available for spaces accordingly. Thanks!

Adding my vote for this. One challenge we are experiencing is that all the tools in the space are in one list. We want to set up multiple workstreams within our space with different workflows, reports, dashboards and users. Having sub-spaces would be a work-around for us to manage the tools view (assuming it would only display the tools linked to each subspace). Another solution would be to allow us to assign tools to a specific folder within our space (if that's on the roadmap).

Hi Lisa, Our organization is comprised of several PMO teams. Each PMO is assigned a space and someone on that team is given the space admin role. We are not currently allowing each PMO to have more than one primary space in order to make the overall site roll-up more organized and to simplify overall site administration. As noted in my post, allowing tools to be associated with, or organized within, folders/projects would be our preferred solution but allowing sub-spaces would be a suitable work-around.
