Wrike Integration
Hello,
I was curious if anyone would be able to tell me which ticketing system integrate best with Wrike? Also, can Wrike and the ticketing system communicate bi-directionally? Lastly does Wrike have any preferred partners?

We looked into this, and when I asked Wrike what they use for their support tickets, I was told that they use ZenDesk.
this is quite funny - we use Wrike as ticketing-system :-)
Florian Kislich Wrike is a perfect ticketing system, but if you want to communicate to end users that submit tickets that do not have access to your Wrike then you need a third party ticketing software to communicate back and forth with those users.
