For me, it's calendars. I’ve been finding them super useful for visibility, and to get a quick overview of planned work. I love that you can view multiple calendars at once, and it's been really handy to see what everyone is working on at a glance. What’s yours? 🤔

We're all about the automations! We couldn't work without Wrike's dynamic request forms. And in tandem, the use of the assignee and approval automations with our custom Workflows. Approvals are something we never used before all this remote work, and everyone has benefited from them.
The request forms allow us to automate so much! We map to custom fields, assign the relevant user, and trigger any necessary approvals based on the request. We also tag tasks to their relevant folders, using a dropdown question in the request form, and then having the task tagged to a folder based on which dropdown is selected.
We're still learning and improving, at the moment trying to master our workspace with Spaces 👌

Definitely love the dynamic request forms! They have helped put everything in the right place, assigned to the right person, and all the info is provided. Super helpful!
Since going totally remote, the proofing and approval features have made it possible to get everything moving along, and saved tons of paper!
