Multiple @mentions only 1 notification
When reviewing files and making comments, people will sometimes “@mention” other people with a question. They have discovered, that even if person A ask multiple questions of person B only one “@mention” shows up in person B's email box. So – someone asks them 3 separate questions, they only get a notification about 1. That means when they go into the file, they don’t know that they are supposed to be answering other questions and things get overlooked.
This delays reviews/approvals and causes “churn” - two very inefficient things.
Is there a solution for this?
