New Table View - add ability to select other custom workflow status
The "new" Table view doesn't allow you to select a status other than in the workflow that is assigned to the task.
We have created an ongoing status task that will go through numerous phases. In the "Old Table" view and List view it's easy to select other custom workflows and status but this does not exist in the "New" Table view.
Hey Dagmar, I just saw your post here. Not sure if this helps, but I found a way to show custom statuses.
Here's how it works: Click the "All button" on the top left corner of the table view. Then click "More Filters". This will open a filter panel on the right of the screen. Expand the "Status" section and click the "Show workflows" button. This will show a list of all the custom workflows you have. Expand the one you need and click the checkbox next to the "ongoing" status. It is a few clicks but lets you filter by custom statuses and workflows.

Thanks for the tip. I went in and selected all 12 custom workflows and 118 filters for all of the various statuses.
However, I still can only select from only the statuses of the custom workflow assigned to a task in the "new" Table view.
In the "Old Table" view I can select a different workflow and associated statuses.
Sounds like you're trying to change a task's status from the table view - is that correct? Yeah, that is odd that the option to switch workflows is not there.

Yes, I probably neglected to point that out to begin with. Oops. LOL.
No worries. The screenshots helped. Yeah, that feature (ability to switch statuses) would be useful! Wonder if there's a reason why it is not there anymore.
