Update Attachments

Hey,

I've been struggling to use the update attachment endpoint. I'm rather confused about when you use the URL parameter that is optional as I keep getting the following error when using it:

Could you give me a definition on when I would use the URL parameter and how I can make a successful call using it.
 
 
Here is a sample call I'm making:

Hi Joel Gold

You can use the URL parameter to change the attachment content (instead of X-File-Name or multipart/). File links from the following domains are supported:
zendesk.com
zapier.com
zapier-dev-files.s3.amazonaws.com

Hello- Is there an official guide on how to upload a file as an attachment from a URL with the API?  I've found three different posts that end with private comms between the user and support, so nothing in the community to help resolve this.  I'm trying to attach a file from download link generated by Ziflow, but I don't seem to be able to.
